As a native to Lake of the Ozarks and born and raised in the real estate world. Cierra Grein’s memories growing up include going out on her family’s boat showing and listing property around Horseshoe Bend, Porta Cima, and The Villages. Cierra learned first-hand how to deliver the highest level of professionalism and customer service to her clients.

Cierra, earned her Real Estate license two-week after she graduated high school at the School of the Osage High in Lake of the Ozarks. Shortly thereafter Cierra joined The Maher Team real estate firm in Kansas City and began her career. After traveling around the world working on sailboats and getting certified as a yoga instructor, she moved back to the lake in 2015 and started her own team with Keller Williams.

Cierra follows a philosophy that a home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. It is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams.

Andy’s real estate career began in 2010 as a long-term leasing manager for the long-time Lake area company, Keys to the Lake. With tremendous success, he quickly moved up becoming VP of Operations where he continued his role as a Leasing Director as well as being a real estate salesperson. In 2017, Andy had the opportunity to branch out on his own, joining Keller Williams and creating Team Andy Gibson. Since joining KW, Andy was happy to serve on the KW Associate Leadership Council as Finance Committee Chair and became an Investor with KW Lake of the Ozarks.

Andy’s extensive experience as a property manager at the Lake area, as well as a background in home construction and sales, gave him an excellent knowledge base for real estate. His wide-range of Real Estate expertise includes first-time home buyers, investment properties, second-home living, and commercial properties. Team Andy Gibson is also a proud member of KW Luxury International, specializing in luxury properties, as well.

Scott grew up near the Lake of the Ozarks in Lebanon, MO. However, through the years he has lived in many different locations of the Midwest. He and his wife, Cathy,  recently moved back to the area from Michigan. He comes from a background of 35 plus years in retail management, in which he attributes to his amazing ability to provide outstanding customer service to everyone that he meets. Early on, Scott had dreams of becoming an FBI agent.  He’s always had a willingness to help others.  Choosing a path in real estate gives him the ability fulfill his dream, meanwhile guiding others to achieve theirs.

Scott and Cathy are blessed with a large family. They have eight children, sixteen grandchildren, and more on the way!  Scott is definitely family oriented which means in his free time, he spends as much time with his family as possible. Scott’s biggest inspiration is his family. They also have a cat named Lucky and one dog named Winston.

Scott also considers himself a big Sci-fi nerd and Star Trek fan. He enjoys spending time on the golf course as much as possible as well.

Curtis Sansom is a proud native to the area, born and raised around Camdenton and Lebanon. In 2010, he joined Active-Duty Army. Curtis has had two combat deployments to Afghanistan with the 101st out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky; one of which he was Medevac Crew Chief. After his deployments, he moved back home in 2015 and joined the Missouri National Guard. He currently is a Missouri National Guard recruiter out of Lebanon, MO and has been recognized as one of the top recruiters in the nation.

Curtis joined Team Andy Gibson as a Real Estate Agent in March 2021. He is energetic, very knowledgeable about our area, and always goes above and beyond for his clients. He is an absolute joy to work with, making even stressful situations seem easy and is always making everyone around him laugh. These qualities as well as being excellent at communication and reliability make him a Real Estate Agent anyone would be thrilled to have to help with their real estate dreams.

Curtis enjoys teaching his son, Wesley, to hunt, fish, and work the family farm. He also enjoys playing music with his band in many local venues around the Lake of the Ozarks.

Sara Patterson moved to Camdenton from Des Moines, Iowa where she had lived her entire life. Beautiful Lake of the Ozark has always been a favorite vacation spot for her family.  Sara and her family have been a foster family to several children over the years. They have four children two of which are adopted. After having her children, she started a non-profit child development center which she ran for many years. While she had wanted to get into real estate her children came first. Her father, brothers and husband were all builders in Iowa. Growing up the construction site was a second home to her. She has grown to love architecture and finding the perfect homes for families. In 2017, after her children were older, Sara was able to follow her dream and obtained her real estate license. Sara and her husband currently reside in Camdenton with their daughter and two dogs.

Over the years Sara has worked with many families and truly looks forward to being able to help families find their forever home or vacation home here at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

Erin Wisecarver

REALTOR/Market Specialist

Erin McCarthy Wisecarver was born and raised in Chesterfield, Mo, although she preferred to spend as much time as she could at her family’s home on the 6-mile marker off of HH. Her father was a member of the Missouri Senate and the Minority Floor Leader, which meant her dad was going to be spending quite a bit of time in Jefferson City. It made sense to have a lake house as a second home. The family loved it and dad could spend more quality time with them. Erin spent every weekend and summer at the lake. One Memorial weekend 1999, she met Jason, her future husband, at the “Party Cove” that was it. They were married a year later and started their family a year after that. By that time Papa had retired and moved to Florida, and Jason and Erin purchased their own lake house, an A -frame, which was perfect for their young family. Erin worked from home and Jason travelled several days a week for work, but weekends were all about family! If the boys didn’t have a game, they were at the lake relaxing. Erin’s career path allowed her to work from home for the most part, which gave her the ability to volunteer with both of their boy’s hockey and football seasons. 2019 when COVID hit, the Wisecarver’s world changed like a lot of peoples. Children were not in school; they were expected to be doing their studies from home on their computers. Erin was in the middle of a big job, and Jason was traveling. They had their work cut out for them with two teenage boys. Erin loaded the boys and the dogs in the car with some clothes and food and drove down to the lake. She was confident that they would be able to concentrate more and she could too. Erin was a championship ring designer. She was blessed and honored to be part of the team that created the St. Louis Blues Stanley Cup Championship ring in 2019 and the Chiefs Super Bowl ring in 2020. Everything started falling into place for the Wisecarver family. They loved the lake and decided to make it their new home. They sold their A-Frame and bought a home off HH on the water. Wisecarver decided to follow in her mother’s footsteps and get her real-estate license. Erin’s mother has been one of St. Louis Missouri’s most respected experts in new construction real estate for 40+ years. She felt like it was time to try her hand in an industry her mother has loved Erin’s entire life. Erin has worked as an assistant with her mother in New Construction to pick up cash while in college but just wasn’t fast enough pace. Keller Williams was a natural step since Erin’s mom has been a broker with Keller Williams and praises KW on how they treat their clients and agents. Erin was incredibly honored to be able to join a team like Gibson and Grein. From 2000-present, McCarthy has developed a skill set, second to none; and has an amazing circle of friends, not to mention acquaintances. She is known as a consummate professional with a passion for the Lake of the Ozarks. Erin truly enjoys seeing real-estate through her clients’ eyes. Whether it be Land, residential or commercial she finds it so fascinating watching her clients’ dreams come true and being able to be a part of that process. Samantha Carr

Samantha Carr is originally from a little town outside of Kansas City called Lawson. She attended college in Trenton before finishing her degree from Columbia College at the Lake of the Ozarks. She went on to obtain an MBA in Accounting from William Woods University in Fulton. After finishing college, Samantha decided to relocate to the Lake of the Ozarks. She loved the area due to it being like a bustling city in the summertime, yet so peaceful and beautiful in the winter and early spring.

Although Samantha went to college and received an accounting/finance degree, a career in finance was not always her dream. When she was little her big dream was to be an NBA superstar! Her love for basketball followed her into college, where she played on the North Central Missouri College women’s basketball team. She was such a rockstar in her academics that she was awarded Academic All-American status because she maintained A’s and played ball through her college years!

After obtaining her MBA in Accounting, Samantha began her career in finance. However, in 2017, the opportunity arose to work with Team Andy Gibson as the Listing Coordinator. At that point, she decided to focus more on the business side of her degree and take the leap into the real estate industry.   She found that her experience in finance, extensive education, willingness to always help people and her background in customer service plays a significant role in the many different parts of the real estate industry. She furthered her education in real estate when she got licensed in 2019, which gave her the opportunity to serve Team Andy Gibson’s clients even better than before. Since becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent she has become Key to Operations for the Andy Gibson Network.

When not at work, Samantha’s favorite thing to do with her free time is to play with her two children. She describes her children as the most important pieces of her life. Kora, her daughter, enjoys gymnastics and is the most free-spirited child she knows. Samantha’s son, Kaiden, is quite reserved and loves playing all sports like his mom. Samantha enjoys taking them to the park, the outdoors and staying as active as possible.

Kena Lederle is the Licensed Client Services Manager and a licensed Real Estate agent for The Gibson & Grein Network. In her role as a team member of The Gibson & Grein Network, Kena is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with and every Gibson & Grein Network agent she supports. Her purpose is to enable others to achieve their dreams and goals.

Kena joined The Gibson & Grein Network in 2021, bringing several years of crucial experience to the role from prior positions in executive administration. Her attention to detail, excellent rapport-building skills, and the vitality and energy she brings to each agent engagement. Kena has worked in management and office operations for over 30 years.

Before joining The Gibson & Grein Network, Kena worked as an Assistant Director for Columbia College for more than five years and held previous administrative positions with the City of Columbia.  Kena has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College with a focus in business management and human resources.

Kena is a native Missourian and resides in Osage Beach with her husband Mike and has two adult children.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going to concerts, wine, and camping.

Jennifer Mayores is the Closing Coordinator for the Gibson & Grein Network. In her role as a team member of the Gibson & Grein Network, Jennifer meets crucial deadlines by paying special attention to details of what is needed to complete each task. She maintains a consistent, quality-controlled system and timeline for The Gibson & Grein Network and clients to ensure smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary throughout transactions.

Jennifer joined the Gibson & Grein Network in 2019, a highly talented, detail-oriented Virtual assistant and customer service advocate with experience providing exceptional support and ensuring projects are completed on time and with extreme confidentiality. She strives in a fast-paced, virtual environment following established procedures and practices to exceed all clients’ expectations.

Before joining the Gibson & Grein Network, Jennifer worked as a Sales Supervisor in the call center industry for more than 6 years in the Philippines. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

She is currently based in the Philippines with her husband and two kids. She enjoys going on a quick vacation, or when at home enjoys baking/cooking. As a Virtual Assistant, she spends most of her day in front of a computer, which obviously isn’t the healthiest thing. That’s why she tries to minimize the screen time when outside of work, to give her eyes and back a rest that they deserve.

Kaci Gibson

Director of Finance

Kaci is a proud Lake of the Ozarks native and wife to Andy Gibson. Growing up in Camdenton, she was able to enjoy all the lake area has to offer throughout her childhood. After moving for college and obtaining a degree in nursing, Kaci, along with Andy, decided to move back to the Lake to start a family and career. For 12 years, Kaci worked as a Registered Nurse spending most of these years as a school nurse. Throughout this time, she would also help behind the scenes with Andy’s growing real estate career doing various administrative work. With the continued expansion of Team Andy Gibson Real Estate, as well as the acquisition of Keys to the Lake, Kaci stepped in to help both companies with bookkeeping, marketing, as well as other administrative tasks.

Kaci and Andy are parents to three sons, Andy Jr., Carter, and Everett. In her downtime, she tries to spend as much time with her boys as she can, watching them play at their many sports events, doing anything outside, or just watching movies together. Together with her family, she loves exploring the Lake and discovering new things about this unique part of the world.

Tonia Grein

Tonia’s career has taken her to many places to live and work in the United States including Dallas, Palm Beach, and travel to central and Latin America and Europe for business. While these communities provided many fantastic educational experiences and opportunities, Tonia’s family, long-time friendships, and love of home have always been the most important things in her life and have brought her back to Missouri.

Tonia has been a resident and homeowner of the Lake Area for more than 25 years. She has built a strong reputation as a trusted, talented, and a highly effective real estate professional in Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks community.

Tonia launched her own real estate agency in 2003 and ranked in the top three agencies in the greater Lake of the Ozarks market. Her agency’s predominant focus was in luxury water front homes within a highly sought after marketplace. She maintained over 32 percent of the luxury market through all twelve years of her agency’s operation.

While in the Lake of the Ozarks market, Tonia successfully and consistently managed over 100 listings per year for twenty years and cultivated strong relations with United States Embassy Diplomats abroad to serve a large spectrum of international clientele.

Tonia is well known for her instinctive and highly intuitive negotiating skills and for being extremely effective in verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent social skills.

Clint has been part of the Real Estate Industry for well over 20 years. Prior to his real estate career at the lake, he held various executive positions with banks throughout the Southeast. Since moving his family to the lake in 2002, Clint continues to be publicly recognized for his contributions to the Lake area, both in Real Estate as well as in Humanitarian Services.

Dustin Cox

Dustin is originally from Central Illinois and relocated to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in 2014 with his wife, Haleigh. She is a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Camdenton School District.  Dustin recently obtained his real estate license and continues to work as an Insurance & Financial Representative with COUNTRY Financial. Dustin and Haleigh have an energetic golden retriever named Stella that loves the lake life as much as they do!

Chances are you’ve seen Dustin around the Lake area as he keeps busy in the lake community and serves as the current President of the Young Professionals at the Lake-an extension of the Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as President-Elect for the Lake Ozark Rotary Noon Club.  Both Dustin and his wife enjoy being a part of the Lake of the Ozarks Idiots Club, which helps kids in a variety of ways around the lake area. He’s met many great people and made lifelong friendships by staying involved in the Lake of the Ozarks community.

Outside of work and helping out in the community, Dustin enjoys playing golf, boating, and spending time with friends, neighbors, and family that regularly visits. Dustin truly believes that he lives in one of the best places in the country and he look forward to beginning a real estate career that will allow him to promote and share our slice of heaven with those that choose to make the lake their weekend retreat, full time oasis, or desire to retire here!
